Staff development day ammendment term one 2019

Thank you to all of our wonderful families for the overwhelming support for the Augmentative and Alternative Communication training.  Unfortunately it has been bought to our attention that there will have to be a few changes for the staff development days for term one 2019.  We hope you will endorse these changes.  This involves keeping day 1 (January 29 2019) as a staff development day, keeping January 31 2019 as the staff development day for the special training with students staying at home (which all of our families have supported), and all the students commencing term two day one (April 29 2019) instead of the gazetted staff development day.  We do appreciate that the first week of school could be disrupted and perhaps confusing for the students, but we are hoping that you will still support this change for the beginning of the year.  Please contact the school or call in if you would like to discuss this proposal.
