Events

School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Our school event may include:

The King and Queen of Green

Date: Thursday 11 June

Time: All Day

The King & Queen of Green has travelled around Australia performing and running workshops at schools, festivals and events educating audiences about reducing waste to landfill by using composting, recycling and worm farms. The King and Queen also do meet and greets at events and are a joy for both children and adults alike. Loud and bubbly their majesties are looking forward to visiting Budawang School very soon!

Interschool's Boccia Competition

Time: All day

NSW School Sport Unit hosting its Disability and Inclusion competition, wrapping up preliminary rounds in May for primary and secondary students. The competition features regional gala days, with winning teams advancing to finals at Sydney Olympic Park, supported by Boccia Australia and Boccia NSW.

P&C meeting

Date: Wednesdays Week 4 and 8

Join our vibrant P&C. Parents and carers are encouraged to attend. P&C works to provide facilities and resources, organise school events, fundraise and offer feedback on school policies, all to enhance the student experience and support the school community
